The following list includes the most common funding vehicles our firm uses to assist clients with their projects. We are always ready and willing to find new funding sources to make your project dream into a reality.

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – Category I: Annual Competitive Round: Community Improvement and Housing.

Grant - Water and Sewer Projects; Community Facilities such as fire protection, bridges, community centers, etc.; Housing Rehabilitation
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – Category II: Economic Development

Grant - For state highways to add lanes, increase radii, redesign intersections, complete redesign or other geometric improvements
Safe Routes to Schools Program
Cities, Counties, and School Districts
Grant - Provide safe zones around schools for children to walk and bicycle to school more safely
KLINK Resurfacing Program
Service Agreement - For state highways through Cities for patching, overlay, mill and overlay or complete reconstruction
Heritage Trust Fund
Cities and Counties
Grant – For properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places or the Register of Historic Kansas Places for preservation and restoration efforts.
Public Assistance (PA) Grant Program
Local Governments and Certain Private Non-Profit Organizations
Grant - For the repair, replacement, or restoration of disaster-damaged facilities.
